Yellow Cutting Pads are used with paint levelers to remove scratches and oxidation. The cutting pads are used with the Cyclo Orbital Polisher, the Wen 4" Mini Polisher, Wen Cordless Polisher, and the new 4" pad holder for the Porter Cable. (The Cyclo Polisher requires two of these pads).

Top of the Line only sells the "Premium" Cyclo pads with durable black velcro. This photo does not reflect the new backing.
