Jet Stream's new Aircraft Sealant is called "Glass-It" for a good reason. It's an acrylic polymer based formula that penetrates, seals and protects painted surfaces for up to a year! Glass-It bonds with the paint at the molecular level, as opposed to products that just "lay" on the surface.

Glass-It contains Glassplexin which is a silicate ion containing a negative charge. This causes an exchange of electrons to occur between the product and the surface to which it is applied. This exchange creates a durable covalent bond, turning Glass-It into a hardened shield. The end result is a much deeper, richer and longer lasting shine.

Painted surfaces treated with Glass-It will be protected from deterioration, oxidation and corrosion. Paint sealants have been popular with the auto and marine industry for many years, due to their longevity and excellent UV protection. We recommend application every 6 months if your plane is washed on a regular basis, or is exposed to harsh weather.

Product Application:

Apply with a dampened cloth or foam pad & orbital polisher

Buff with a terry towel or orbital & terry bonnet

For a perfect shine, we recommend a pre-polish to remove swirls, scratches, wax build-up & dull paint prior to applying Glass-It.
