As a business unit of Castle Rock industries, Century 400 utilizes the manufacturing and product engineering systems long employed by other Castle Rock business units, to insure a top quality product. Today, Century 400 manufacturing is based in Colorado and their customer service and technical staff are located in Arizona.

In 2003, Century 400 began adding substantial resources to its business, bringing a higher level of customer service, and expanding its equipment selection to include floor machines, cord burnishers, wet/dry vacuums, canister, upright and backpack vacuums.
