Lake Country 4" CCS Pads
If you have a small area to polish, there's no need to use a large pad for the job. The 4" CCS Spot Buff Pads can get into tighter spots with ease. You can use them on any orbital or rotary polisher and on a drill for metal work.
Background of CCS Technology™
CCS (Advanced Closed Cell) structure pads were developed to use on newer clear coat paints. These harder paints require longer polishing times to remove defects.
They also help solve the problem of premature "drying". Conventional foam pads instantly absorb water-based formulas. This reduces polish and pad performance because most of the polish is trapped below the working surface of the pad. CCS technology™ solves this problem with partially closed foam cells.
Each "pocket" on the CCS pads slow the absorption of liquid, keeping it on the working surface and allows for much longer working time with your products. This not only extends the workability of water and solvent-based polishes, levelers and compounds, it reduces chemical usage, saves time and makes the polishing process a lot easier.

Choose from (3) Levels of Polishing:
Yellow Cutting: These CCS pads have the highest level of cutting ability and are used with heavy levelers and light compounds. If your vehicle has severe oxidation, we recommend the Lake Country Dura-Strand pads.
White Polishing: These CCS pads are used more than any other. They have a mid-range cutting ability and are used with polishes, glazes and light-to-medium levelers.
Black Finishing: These CCS pads have no cutting ability and are used for applying finish products. Use with liquid waxes and sealants.
Excess product residue may be removed during use with our Pad Cleaning Spur. Do not allow products to dry in the pads. Drop them in the bucket with Snappy Clean Pad Cleaner as soon as you are finished using them. This allows pads to soak before they are washed. Rinse and air dry. Do not wring or twist the pads.
Snappy Clean is a concentrated cleaning solution for Lake Country's System 2000 Pad Washer. The strong formula quickly dissolves chemical build-up in wool and foam polisher pads. Even though it's powerful, the solution is specially designed to keep pad pile clean, soft, and supple. The citrus, water-soluble solution is biodegradable and packaged in convenient packets.
The 4" CCS Spot Buff Pads may be used on your orbital polisher, rotary polisher or drill, using the appropriate velcro back plate.
