Frustrated with spending too much money on so called, chemical-proof plastic trigger sprayers and pump-up sprayers, PDS turned a 5-gallon stainless steel tank into a remarkable sprayer.

This first unit, built 16 years ago, is still in daily operation, with over 100 employees using and abusing it without a failure. Since that day there have been many improvements. Soft, non kink see-through hoses made of polyurethane, a polypropylene spray gun that uses a viton diaphragm rather than the usual rubber sealed needle and seat. Quick connect hoses, 50 mesh stainless strainers, adjustable pattern nozzles, etc.

Listening closely to customer feedback, the Dress-Pro� was added to the line. Carwashes around the country have enjoyed the benefits of the Dress-Pro� by reducing labor, time and waste. No more overspray or slippery driveways. Combined with the 3-gallon tank sprayer, they easily keep up with the busiest days.
