All About Shipping Welcome, and thank you for your interest in our carefully selected products. If the following information doesn't answer all of your questions, please give us a call.

Shipping Information

Top of the Line is centrally located, allowing for faster delivery to all parts of the country. Most orders ship in 1-2 working days. We stock most of our products, but some larger, or heavier, items are drop-shipped from the manufacturer. These items may also have a 3-7 day lead time, prior to shipping. Back orders, although rare, ship as soon as available.

UPS Transit Map:
The colored UPS Transit Map, from Top of the Line's Bonanza, Arkansas location, may be used for general transit days from our location. Transit days begin after your order leaves the warehouse.

Top of the Line uses published UPS shipping rates which are now calculated by dimensional weight (the same as air freight). Your order will ship by UPS Ground unless otherwise requested on the order form. Orders over 200 lbs., ship via motor freight, and items less than 1 pound will ship by U.S. Postal Service.

We can no longer ship some of our chemicals by the U.S Postal Service, and we have restrictions on select chemicals into a few states. You will be notified of these restrictions if you have ordered one of these products.

Top of the Line does not sell products out of North America, nor do we ship to APO addresses. The 60-90 day wait for USPS claims has made that impossible. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box address.

Order Tracking

Items shipped by UPS receive a tracking number mailed to your email address by UPS. The package may then be tracked online at ups.com If you do not receive this tracking number, the order may be coming from the manufacturer, you may have given us an incorrect email address on your order, or your computer's spam program may be refusing the UPS notification. Please email customerservice@cox-internet.com or call 800-533-5743.

Additional Fees

Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii may include additional freight. We will notify you of this charge by email. If you accept, we will proceed with the order the same day. Shipments to Canada include handling, packing and insurance. They do not include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These fees are the receiver's responsibility upon arrival.

Top of the Line does not have hidden shipping costs. We do not charge "handling" fees for boxes of any size or weight! However, over-weight or over-sized packages may require an additional UPS fee. Pallet shipments may include a single shipment or residential charge.

All shipping charges include insurance. Shipping addresses must be correct. If any part is incorrect or missing, UPS will charge $10.00 for the address correction, which will be the responsibility of the customer and added to your cost. UPS also charges a $10.00 return fee for any refused package, which will be your responsibility and deducted from your return credit. Arkansas residents must add a 8.25% sales tax.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Top of the Line is not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment. Your items are insured, so inspect your order when it arrives. DO NOT sign for a damaged parcel without a full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify your local UPS terminal within 24 hrs. or call 800-533-5743 for instructions. Please call 800-533-5743 if your order is not received within two weeks. It is most likely lost in transit.

Orders may be tracked directly on ups.com with the package tracking number. If you did not receive one, we can furnish that number, or we can track the package for you. Packages sent by U.S. mail require a 30 day waiting period to file a claim.
