Citrus-Based Tar & Sap Remover is a strong solvent that dissolves old tar, wax build-up, grease, road grime, silicones and fresh tree sap from paint finishes, vinyl, rubber, glass or metal vehicle parts. It's also used as a surface prep before painting. (Apply on cool vinyl and rubber only, and do not rub for an extended period of time.)
